From the Left Field: Donkervoort D8 GT

What do you get when you develop the Lotus Super 7 for 40 years and then put a roof on it? An excessively expensive little open-wheeled car with too much torsional rigidity for its own good, I'd guess, but the good people at Donkervoort seem to disagree. Not only that, they think people will pay north of 90k Euro for every one of the limited series of 50 such cars, which come with Audi engines with 180 hp plus. Truly, the Dutch have a very unique sense of humour!
